Is there any upfront payment?

No upfront payment for the system. Only a one-time installation and logistics fee of ₦100,000.00 is required after approval.

How do I apply?

You can apply directly on our website by filling out the application form and submitting the required information.

What documents are required?

You may be asked to provide your NIN, BVN, valid ID, bank statement, employment details, and guarantor information.

How long does approval take?

Approval typically takes a short time after your information has been reviewed and verified.

How do I make payments?

Payments are made online through our secure platform using available payment options.

When are payments due?

Payments are due every 30 days from your installation date.

What happens if I miss a payment?

Late payments may result in penalties, service interruption, or system deactivation until payment is made.

Are there any refunds?

No refunds are issued once installation has been scheduled or completed.

When will my system be installed?

Installation is scheduled after your application is approved and the installation fee is paid.

Who installs the system?

No, the system remains the property of J&A Limited until full payment is completed.

Can I move the system to another location?

You must inform and get approval from J&A Limited before relocating the system.

Can I sell or transfer the system?

No, the system cannot be sold or transferred until it is fully paid for.

What if my system has an issue?

Contact our support team immediately. Do not attempt to fix the system yourself.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, installation workmanship is covered under warranty. Terms apply.
